Location of Our Office

Yunker & Schneider is located in downtown San Diego in the Advanced Equities Plaza at 655 West Broadway, between India Street and Kettner Boulevard. We are easy to reach by car, trolley, train, and air transportation.

Travel Directions to Our Office

By Car:

The closest freeways to our office are I–5 and Hwy. 163.

Southbound on I-5:
1. Take Front Street/Civic Center exit
2. Follow Front Street to Ash Street, and turn right on Ash Street
3. Follow Ash Street to Kettner, and turn left on Kettner
4. Follow Kettner to Broadway
5. Cross Broadway, and immediately turn left into the 655 West Broadway parking garage

Northbound on I-5:
1. Take B Street/Pershing Drive exit, and turn left onto B Street
2. Follow B Street to 5th Avenue, and turn right on 5th
3. Follow 5th Avenue to Ash Street, and turn left on Ash
4. Follow Ash Street to Kettner, and turn left on Kettner
5. Follow Kettner to Broadway
6. Cross Broadway, and immediately turn left into the 655 West Broadway parking garage

Southbound on Hwy. 163:
1. Take Ash Street exit
2. Follow Ash Street to Kettner and turn left on Kettner
3. Follow Kettner to Broadway
4. Cross Broadway and immediately turn left into the 655 West Broadway parking garage

By Trolley:

Take either the Blue or Orange trolley line to the America Plaza station. From that station, cross Broadway to reach 655 West Broadway, which is located one block south of the trolley station.

By Train:

Take the Amtrak or Coaster train line to the Downtown San Diego station. From that station, cross Broadway to reach 655 West Broadway, which is located one block southeast of the train station.

By Air:

Take a taxi from the San Diego International Airport, which is located on San Diego's Harbor Drive, and is a five minute drive from downtown. Tell the driver to take you to the office building at 655 West Broadway, between India Street and Kettner Boulevard.
