Yunker & Schneider is an AV-rated civil litigation law firm based in San Diego. We primarily handle cases involving business disputes, significant personal injuries, premises and product liability claims, and professional malpractice.
Our firm was founded in 1994 by two experienced trial lawyers from San Diego's most prestigious large law firm. Our founders now have over thirty-five years of experience and nearly forty jury trials between them.
We
represent international, national, and local clients who need the
skill and sophistication of large firm lawyers, yet demand the personal
service and economy of a smaller firm. Our clients include worldwide
hotel chains, nationwide restaurants and home builders, product
manufacturers, small businesses, legal and engineering professionals,
and many private individuals and their families.
We handle cases primarily in Southern California, including San Diego, Los Angeles, Riverside, and Orange Counties, but also in other counties and states. Our partners are members of the California and San Diego County Bar Associations, and the American Inns of Court. We endorse the San Diego Civil Litigation Code of Conduct, and we are fully insured for all professional services to our clients.
